We'll ship to virtually any country in the world. When completing checkout from our store, you'll be presented with your shipping options and the cost of each one. Depending on where you live, you may have to pay additional customs fees/tariffs.
Our online store will let you know if there are any wait times for a particular item. This is mentioned in the product description. If we have an item in stock, you can expect it to be sent within 1-2 business days. If we don't have inventory for a particular item, it will ship as soon as the next production batch is completed. Contact sales@gleaming-alloy.com for a more accurate ship date on any backordered item.
When placing your order, you can choose to have expedited (e.g. overnight) shipping, but you will pay extra for it. How much extra depends on which carrier and service you choose.
There is no extra fee for "expedited processing" of your order. All orders are shipped in the order they were received. When you place an order for something that is not in stock, component inventory for that item is claimed and set aside for your order. No order for the same item(s) that comes after yours will have priority over you.
We will not hold your order hostage after it is placed! If there are extenuating circumstances, such as your financial situation has changed or we are taking an unusually long time to ship an item, we will happily cancel your order. If a credit card payment has been received by us, a refund for the purchase amount, minus credit card processing fees, will be issued. Note: if an order is cancelled prior to credit card settlement (which occurs daily, around 7 PM Central U.S. Time), and we are aware of the cancellation and void the order prior to settlement, there will be no fee for cancelation.
Any item returned to us within 30 days of receipt is entitled to a refund provided it is returned to us in a good, re-sellable condition. If such is the case, the original purchase amount, minus shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee, will be refunded. Item must be in its original packaging and show no signs of installation or use.
