Cancellations

Unless purchasing a custom-built item, any order can be cancelled prior to shipment. If a credit card payment has been received by us, a refund for the purchase amount, minus credit card processing fees, will be issued. Note: if an order is cancelled prior to credit card settlement (which occurs daily, around 7 PM Central U.S. Time), and we are aware of the cancellation and void the order prior to settlement, there will be no fee for cancelation.

Returns

Any item returned to us within 30 days of receipt is entitled to a refund provided it is returned to us in a good, re-sellable condition. If such is the case, the original purchase amount, minus shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee, will be refunded. Item must be in its original packaging and show no signs of installation or use. 

Warranties

All Gleaming Alloy products are warranted to be free from defects, in materials or workmanship, for one year after receipt by the customer. Should any component fail (or begin to fail) due to such a defect, it will be replaced free-of-charge within the one-year warranty period. Defects are not to be confused with damage or normal wear and tear. Determination of such defects is made at the sole discretion of Gleaming Alloy Fabrications, Inc.
